SCG Shoe Company,Inc. Warranty Policy
SCG Shoe Company,Inc. warrants all SCG Shoe Co. footwear and apparel to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a  period of thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase
from an authorized SCG Shoe Co. dealer. If a  product is found to be defective after inspection by a SCG warranty technician, SCG will repair or replace the product with an existing
comparable model at SCG's discretion. SCG Shoe Company, Inc. is not liable for any damages, losses, and or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of SCG Shoe Company, Inc.
products.

SCG Shoe Company, Inc. Limited Warranty Policy Limitations
Warranty Policy is subject to the following limitations:
-All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized SCG dealer.
-All warranty claims returned to SCG must have prior authorization.
-Repaired products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period additional to the time the item was with SCG for repairs, where as any items replaced will have full warranty
period from time that the item(s) are shipped out from SCG.
How to process a warranty claim
We recommend customers first try to process their warranty through the SCG authorized dealer where the product(s) was/were purchased. (This is the fastest and the easiest way.)
1.Call or Email the SCG warranty department to obtain WA#    (Warranty Authorization#)   
-Warranty Issues call
-Warranty Issues send e-mail to warranty@scgshoecompany.com.  Include pictures of the item(s), proof of purchase/receipt, description of problem, customer address and phone number
2.After contacting the SCG warranty department:             
                                                                       - SHIP YOUR WARRANTY PROMPTLY!!!!!!
                                                                       - PRINT WA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX/PACKAGE!!!!!
                                                                       - INCLUDE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND KEEP COPY FOR YOURSELF ALONG WITH THE WA#!!!!!
-SCG Shoe Co. is not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. Additionally, customer's are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
-Ship item(s) to:

back to customer.
